Appartenente alla libreria di Sozomeno, il codice testimonia la sua attività  nello Studio patavino di diritto canonico, come dimostra la nota: "dominus Zominus conduxit in Padua, 17 otubris 1410". Testo a due colonne in littera textualis con iniziali istoriate. Le illustrazioni rappresentano l'Arbor consanguinitatis e l'Arbor affinitatis.
